Outpatient treatment:

The regular office hours for the outpatient practice are:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 12:00 hr. and from 13:00 - 17:00 hr.

Individual consultation appointments at earlier or later times and on weekends can be individually arranged with the attending physician.

A clinic employee may always be reached directly in emergency outpatient situations for our patients and will inform our attending physicians immediately.

Inpatient treatment:

Admission to the hospital will be planned individually with you together with the attending physician and an administrative assistant from the Clinic.

Hospital admission should occur one day before the operation during the late afternoon if possible. That gives us the opportunity once again to have an informative discussion about the operation. The anaesthesiologist will make all the medical and organisational provisions for the operation.
Admission on time makes it possible for you to acquaint yourself with the local situation in a stress-free manner and to prepare yourself in a relaxed way and without worries for your operation.

Outside of office hours a physician from the Clinic may be reached by telephone.
In cases of emergency a physician is present at the hospital 24 hours a day, and our anaesthesiologist is permanently on call.
