We are there for you
We are always there to address the problems and concerns of our patients.
Out-patient treatment
The regular consulting hours in the out-patient section are:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 hours and from 13:00 to 17:00 hours.
In-patient treatment
Your admission into the hospital will be planned individually with you and the treating doctor and the administration assistant of the clinic.
If possible, you should get admitted to the hospital one day before the operation, during the late afternoon. This will give us an opportunity to conduct another clarifying discussion about the operation. The anaesthetist will undertake all the medical and organisational precautions for the operation.
Getting admitted at the right time will also enable you to get acquainted with the local conditions in a stress free manner and to prepare for the operation in a relaxed manner, without fear.
Outside the consulting hours, a doctor from the clinic will be available over phone. For emergencies, a doctor is always present at the hospital 24 hours, and an anaesthetist is available on call round the clock.
Consultation appointments
Individual appointments for consultation with the consulting doctor can also be arranged individually at an earlier or later hour and on weekends. An employee of the clinic who is present in the out-patient department can be contacted directly by patients in emergencies and he will immediately inform the consulting doctors.
Do consult us!
Based on our many years of experience, we advise every patient who is thinking of an aesthetic intervention to first meet us for a non-binding and introductory counselling session. The meticulously conducted counselling session is in most cases the basis for the subsequent, successful operation planning discussions with the concerned experts.
