The Sailer method was developed to give the entire eye area a naturally radiant expression. A small incision is made just behind the hairline on the forehead, which later leaves no visible external scar. The drooping eyebrow is lifted slightly, which also eliminates the lateral “crow’s feet.” At the same time, any excess skin on the upper eyelid can be removed as much as possible without fat reduction. (However, if too much fat is removed, the eye may appear smaller.) The eye “opens” again, looking larger and friendlier. The entire eye area appears rejuvenated and naturally harmonious afterward.

A surgical brow lift typically takes 60 to 90 minutes and is performed on an outpatient basis. Minimally invasive methods, such as brow lifting with Botox or muscle relaxants, take only a few minutes.
Are there visible scars after a brow lift?
In a surgical brow lift, the incision is made behind the hairline, so no externally visible scars are created. Minimally invasive methods leave no scars.
What methods of brow lifting are there?
There are surgical methods as well as minimally invasive procedures such as brow lifting with thread, muscle relaxants, or Botox. The appropriate method is chosen depending on the need and desired result.
What is brow lifting with Botox?
In brow lifting with Botox, Botox is injected into the eyebrow muscle, relaxing the muscle and lifting the eyebrows. This method is painless and requires no downtime.
How long does the result of a brow lift last?
With surgical procedures, the result is long-lasting. Thread brow lifting lasts about 18 months, while the results of Botox or muscle relaxant treatments remain visible for several months.

The treatment process for a brow lift operation
The classic eyebrow lift or brow lift involves tightening the skin and removing excess skin. This achieves the lifting of the eyebrows to the desired position. The necessary incisions are made in such a way that no visible scars are left after the procedure. The stitches are removed after approximately five to seven days, depending on individual wound healing. However, the removal of stitches is painless for our patients.
It is also possible to perform a brow lift without surgery. To achieve a permanent lift of the eyebrows, various procedures or treatment methods are available. These methods include, for example, thread brow lifting, brow lifting with muscle relaxants, or brow lifting with Botox.
Brow lifting without surgery - Brow lifting with muscle relaxants
When the eyebrows begin to sag, it is usually due to excessive muscle tension in the eye area. With brow lifting using muscle relaxants, an eyebrow can be lifted up to 3 mm without surgery. The muscle relaxant causes relaxation of the muscles, allowing the eyebrow muscles to lower. As a result, muscle tension in the forehead increases, lifting the eyebrows upward. The result is the perfect brow lift.
It is also possible to perform a brow lift without surgery. To achieve a permanent lift of the eyebrows, various procedures or treatment methods are available. These methods include, for example, thread brow lifting, brow lifting with muscle relaxants, or brow lifting with Botox.
The process of brow lifting with muscle relaxants
The muscle relaxant is precisely injected into the eyebrows during the treatment. This controls the muscle tension in the eye area. The eyebrow relaxes, and the brow lift effect occurs. Additionally, this treatment method can correct existing asymmetry. This procedure is minimally invasive and leaves no scars. After the procedure, you can immediately resume social activities.
Brow lifting with muscle relaxants is an outpatient procedure that takes only a few minutes. After the treatment, you will immediately notice the results through your refreshed appearance.
Thread Brow Lifting
In a thread brow lift, a special thread is placed under the skin on the outer side of the eyebrows under local anesthesia. This thread runs along the hairline on the forehead. Very small barbs on the thread fix the eyebrow in the desired position, creating a lifting effect.
The inserted brow lift thread dissolves completely within approximately 18 months. As it dissolves, new connective tissue forms, ensuring that the lifting effect is maintained.
Brow Lifting with Botox
