CHIN CORRECTION - GENIOPLASTY
Your chin plays a crucial and identity-defining role in your facial aesthetics. Its shape significantly impacts how you are perceived by others. A receding chin, double chin, or other chin deformities can lead to negative perceptions and reduced likeability.
A receding or protruding chin is often extremely distressing for those affected. While a prominently shaped chin doesn’t necessarily have to be considered a flaw, it can make your face appear unbalanced, greatly impacting your self-confidence.
Chin Correction - Genioplasty (without Chin Implant)
A double chin, drooping chin, or receding chin can be treated with an outpatient procedure at our clinic. Our patients often experience a positive change shortly after the treatment: Increased self-esteem is frequently accompanied by improved posture, a more confident demeanor, and a positive aura.

In chin correction, the approach is usually made from inside the oral cavity, leaving no externally visible scars.
What methods are used for a chin correction?
Depending on the needs and findings, the chin can be corrected through enlargement or reduction. For enlargement, the chin bone is moved forward, or the patient’s own tissue is used. For reduction, the lower jawbone is shortened or shaved down.
